Didn't make upstream. Calculus test was hard. I need sleep.

A Small Word!

Yesterday in Biology Lab, one of my friends (Rachel) brought this AMAZING thing to class- it was the entire Bible on a square sheet of microfilm. The words can only be read under a microscope device! Here's one of my other lab buddies, Chris, staring in awe at the microscopic Bible!

Feeling a little down

This week has been a stresser. Its been REALLY up and down. I had my interview for upstream today! I think it went well...i guess ill know next week! Right now I'm at the Student Computing Center working on my biology lab abstract which is due tomorrow...siiigh. Here is the highlight of my week:


Amanda's brownie is on the left...lol mine is on the right. Amanda apparently didn't spend enough time with her easy bake oven as a child.

I LOVE SCIENCE!

Today was good! I woke up early and had breakfast with my friend Michael, and then I went to my volleyball class, but it got canceled. So, I headed up to the rec (the huge gym on campus) and after goofing off for a little while I decided to give blood!

This is the guy that took my blood with my bag of blood!
Then Parker and I went and ate at Rumor's! It was yummy! He gave me the best hug ever :)
Then I went to my biology lab! We took blood pressures, pulses, and dissected a heart!

Thats me hooked up to the EKG machine!
And the moth that I have been watching develop broke out of its pupae shell yesterday, so I freed it today!

This is my moth! I think Amanda named it Bertha or something.

I finished my biology test and my calculus quiz! God got me through! :)

Biology Test and Upstream Application

Request for prayer: I have a Biology test tomorrow and I applied to be a group leader for the on campus freshman Bible study called Upstream. Parker applied too! Please pray for endurance and focus and pure reliance on God.
