3 years ago today...

Today is the official 3 year mark from the day Parker first asked me to be his girlfriend :)

I made him this photo album:

And I made spaghetti for dinner with garlic bread and banana pudding for desert. He gave me flowers! They are beautiful!

History Class

Well, I got my history test back today...and I got a 94! As I was getting ready for bed last night I decided to check the syllabus to see what we would be talking about in class the next day...and low and behold we have a quiz over a chapter's worth of reading that I have yet to begin! I stayed up 'till 1:00 am but I am typically not a stay up late kind of person, and my eyelids were getting heavy. I only got through a little more than half the chapter, so I set my alarm for 6:30 am to study more. I got up at 6:30 am as planned and studied until I left my house at 9:50 am. I get to class, feeling pretty good about how I was going to do on the quiz...and Dr. Hales announces that he forgot to write the quiz, so it will be put off until tomorrow! o_O

I was a little put off initially, but its okay because I'll just do really good on it tomorrow. Other than that, the only thing exciting that has happened today was that Parker told me about the new trailer being out for Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland! Not much to say, just spent some time with sammy and parker today! I ate a grape sucker so my tongue looks burnt! lol!

New Look!

I am looovin' the new layout for my blog. I hope you guys are too!

Well let me update everyone on whats been going on. Like I said, I will probably post more once school is back in session at A&M. I just don't use the internet as often here, so I tend to forget about making blog posts.

I started taking a class at TC. I am taking the second half of history (after the civil war). I took my first quiz and I made a 92! I just took the exam today and I will get my grade back by monday most likely. Its crazy to take a summer class. It goes so fast! This is only the end of week two and we already took an exam!

On a sadder note,If everyone could just keep Parker and his family (especially his mom, Joanna) in your prayers, I would really appreciate it. Parker's pastor, Butch (43 years old) ended his battle with cancer this week. The visitation is tomorrow and the funeral is saturday.

Big Brother 11 started, and I am SO excited! If any of you have been watching it, you have to let me know what you think about the season so far. Eliminations are tonight at 7!! Be there!




For those of you who do watch, I just want to vent a little. I really thought I was going to LOVE Ronnie, but he has really disappointed me with his "strategic" moves in the house! What do you think?


Last, but not least, my current readings. I am on book 5 of Harry Potter (The Order of the Phoenix). I'll finish it whenever I can find the time. I did go ahead and see The Half Blood Prince movie without having read the book with my wonderful boyfriend, and I really liked it. I think if I had read the book, I wouldn't have enjoyed it as much though.
